Jonathan and Jenn with Request the Best Plumber were extremely courteous and professional. Jonathan quickly diagnosed my plumbing issues and gave me an estimate for the work before beginning. The job was completed with no issues and I was given a discount from the original price quote upon completion. Highly recommend this service!

Request The Best Plumber was very professional. We had a relatively complex outdoor issue and indoor issue with our plumbing. They sent an estimate with a 2-year warranty that we accepted. We scheduled a mutually agreed-upon date. They showed up on time at 9:30 a.m. worked all day until 10:00 p.m. that night. In advance, they warned that the project may take 2 days depending upon how the first day went. So I wasn't surprised that the project required a second day to complete. They showed up the next day as agreed at 8:30 a.m. and completed the outside portion of the project and the inside portion of the project by 3:30 p.m. the second day. They actually care about the work they are doing and making sure that we are satisfied. They took care of little issues along the way, and completely cleaned up before they left, including pressure washing the sidewalk from the front door and the entire driveway because red clay was everywhere. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Request The Best Plumber. We will be using them if we ever have plumbing issues in the future.

We had a tankless gas water heater which quit producing warm water and Jonathan and Jenn came out and fixed it in one afternoon. They were wonderful and we will call them again!

My water heater expansion tank imploded on a cold Sunday afternoon spewing water everywhere. Put out the request for help and Request Best Plumber came to the rescue on a Sunday. Their competitors earliest arrival would’ve been Monday. Appreciate Jonathan and Jenny’s assistance in resolving my expansion tank issue. It allowed minimal impact to my household and allowed me to sleep in the master bedroom one more night! Thanks to Best Plumber. Would use them again!

It was late Saturday, and we suddenly had no hot water. Jonathan and Jenn Mitchell came out and quickly assessed the problem. A new water heater and expansion tank were indicated. They offered to do the work that evening (after 8 PM), but we opted to wait until Sunday morning. They came out promptly as planned, emptied and removed our aging water heater and failing expansion tank, and replaced the heater, expansion tank, and various valves bringing our system into current standards. (And access required carting the tanks up and down a steep hill.) If such an event can be considered positive, this one was. We caught a failing system before greater damage could have occurred. We got a new system expertly installed and at a reasonable, competitive price. Most importantly, we found a personable, informative plumber who is experienced and highly skilled!
